Using Brain HQ

If you are part of the MAPSS-DM intervention, please read!

There are several ways to access the computer games that are part of the MAPSS-DM intervention. You will have been sent an email with the log in procedure, but here is a quick description.

If you are on a computer

1. Go to www.BrainHQ.com
2. Click “log in” in the upper right corner.
3. Fill in the email address you were sent by study staff. It will follow this format — mapss4dm+400@gmail.com. Make sure to enter the + sign. You will not be able to use this email address for anything other than logging into BrainHQ.
4. Fill in the password you were sent by study staff and then click log in.

If you are on an iPad

1. Launch the App store app (skip to step 5 if you already have the app)
2. Search for “BrainHQ”
3. Download the BrainHQ app (it’s free).
4. Confirm the download.
5. Launch the app by tapping on the icon.
6. Enter the email address and password of the BrainHQ account you were sent by study staff. It will follow this format — mapss4dm+400@gmail.com. Make sure to enter the + sign. You will not be able to use this email address for anything other than logging into BrainHQ.
7. Tap the Log In button

Follow the same steps if you are using an smartphone (Android or iPhone).
